2.2. Data processed and purpose
| Processing | Data | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contact by email, telephone or instant messaging | Name, email address, telephone number and any data voluntarily provided in the message | To respond to the enquiry and, where applicable, prepare and send a services proposal | Consent of the data subject and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR) |
| Web analytics | Browsing data and cookie identifiers (see section 3) | To understand website usage in aggregate form and improve its content | Consent of the user (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) |
This website has no data collection forms: contact is made through direct links to the owner's email address, telephone number or professional LinkedIn profile.
2.3. Retention period
Contact data is kept for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and, if this leads to a professional relationship, for the duration of that relationship and for the periods legally required under tax, commercial and professional liability legislation. Analytics data is retained for the periods indicated in section 3.
2.4. Recipients and international transfers
No data is disclosed to third parties except where legally required. The following providers act as data processors:
- Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — web hosting (Firebase Hosting), tag management (Google Tag Manager) and analytics (Google Analytics 4).
- CookieYes Limited — cookie consent management.
- Anthropic PBC — artificial intelligence assistance tool used in professional practice for drafting, reviewing and analysing technical and administrative documentation.
These providers may carry out international data transfers to the United States, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
In providing our services we use artificial intelligence tools and cloud services from third-party providers, including providers established outside the European Economic Area, based on the legitimate interest of the data controller in the professionalisation of the service (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Data processed is not used for the training of artificial intelligence models.
The principle of data minimisation also applies: identifying personal data is not entered into such tools unless strictly necessary for the intended purpose, and then only to the extent required. These tools assist in preparing documentation but do not replace professional judgement: all technical documentation is reviewed and endorsed by the owner, who remains solely responsible for its content.
The privacy policies of these providers are available at: Google, CookieYes and Anthropic.
2.5. Rights of data subjects
Any person may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent at any time, by sending a request to estudio@emlarquitecturatecnica.com stating the right they wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of an identity document.
Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with applicable legislation.

The owner applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. Communication with this website takes place over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
